Susan is an honest, dedicated, reliable and trustworthy REALTOR®.  She prides herself on being a reachable professional committed to maintaining the open line of communications required in order to provide her clients with the first-rate class customer service rarely administered today!  

Born and raised in Clarksburg MA, Sue received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, formally North Adams State College.  

During her career as a chemist she mastered an array of people skills proven to be most advantageous and helpful to folks interested in buying or selling homes in the Berkshires MA:   patience, impressive listening skills, exceptional mathematical abilities, and a high-caliber of research and analytical capabilities.
Her passion for real estate began 15+ years ago when she and her husband began purchasing rental properties and managing the properties in New Hampshire.  When they returned permanently to Massachusetts, they sold all their properties and used their profits to purchase rental properties in the Berkshires MA.
An established and seasoned practitioner, Susan is a multi-million-dollar producer year-after-year! A full-time professional, she is a licensed REALTOR® in Massachusetts and Vermont.   Sue specializes in single family homes, multi-family homes, mixed use properties, commercial real estate, and foreclosures.
