An honorably discharged Air Force veteran, Kim’s 40+ years’ versatile professional experience in management, technology, corporate finance, public relations and entrepreneurship gives her the tools she needs to oversee the financial and corporate affairs of the family owned and operated boutique brokerage, Monarch Realty Inc.

Kim is a visionary and pursues her passions!  She has an associates of science degree in electrical engineering and started her first business, Small Business Solutions in 1992.
